ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 27.07.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.R.Janarthanam, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.It is seen that the petitioner has made a representation dated 27.07.2015 through which she has sought death benefits of her

husband who was working as Secretary of a Co-operative Bank. Since no order has been passed so far, the present writ petition has been filed. 4.Without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.07.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
