ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent Police is harassing him under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that there was a complaint as against the petitioner by the 4th respondent. Subsequently, a counter complaint has also been lodged by the petitioner's father. Based on that complaint, the respondent Police called upon the petitioner's father for enquiry, but, he did not turn up for enquiry and the same is pending. Insofar as the complaint lodged by the 4th respondent, it has been closed. Therefore, there is no necessity for harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
