ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner for his life and limb from the 3rd and 4th respondents by considering the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2022. 1/4
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner gave a complaint, dated 29.07.2022 before the respondent police to provide police protection to him from the 3rd and 4th respondents. But the respondent police did not take any action. Hence, he filed this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police is ready to consider the petitioner's complaint, dated 29.07.2022. 4.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the second respondent is hereby directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2022 and to take suitable action on merits within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
