ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD). No. 2552 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD). No. 168 of 2024 on 21.03.2024.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was directed to report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur daily at 10.30 a.m., and 05.30 p.m., till the disposal of the appeal. As his avocation is affected, he prays to relax the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2552 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD) No.168 of 2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur once in a month, ie., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of appeal.
