This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue separate patta for the agricultural land assigned to petitioner comprised in S.No.1794/1 and 136/5 Bodinaikckkanur Village and Taluk, Theni District by effecting sub division.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e., 11.06.2024), the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
