ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed challenging the order in M.C.No.72 of 2023 dated 05.03.2025 passed by the Family Court, Tirunelveli.

The matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court and the settlement agreement has been arrived between the parties and it is agreed that the petitioner would continue to pay a monthly maintenance of Rs.25,000/- regularly as fixed by the learned Family Court,Tirunelveli in M.C.No.72 of 2023. Pointing out that the husband is receiving take home salary of Rs.80,000/- per month, the learned counsel for the petitioner/ husband sought permission to pay the arrears amount in 3 installments. Accordingly, directing the husband to pay the arrears of amount in three instalments by 20th of every month from September, 2025 to November, 2025, this criminal revision case is disposed of. The settlement agreement, dated 05.08.2025 shall form part and parcel of the order and the same is extracted hereunder: 2/6
