Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issue of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to produce the body or person of detenue, the petitioner's sister namely Rani aged about 39 years and her daughter namely Varsha aged about 12 years from the illegal custody of the 3rd respondent and set them at liberty.

O R D E R

This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed to produce the body of the detenue, who is the sister of the petitioner.

2. Based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a 'woman missing' and 'girl missing' case has been registered by the second respondent police in Crime No.212 of 2019. Both the detenues were secured and were produced before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Boodhapandi on 31.08.2019 and it was stated before the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD)No.734 of 2019 Judicial Magistrate that the detenue is now living with the third respondent along with her child and that she has left the home on her own.

3. Recording the said submission, the learned Judicial Magistrate had permitted the detenue to go along with the third respondent.

4. In view of the above developments, a closure report has also been filed before the concerned Magistrate as 'further action dropped'. Therefore, no further orders are required to be passed in this Habeas Corpus Petition and accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
