ORDER
The petitioner / defacto complainant in Crime No.172 of 2024 has filed this petition for a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.172 of 2024 to CBCID.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submits that the case in Crime No.172 of 2024 was enquired and closed as mistake of fact. RCS Notice was served to the petitioner on 18.06.2025. Final report was filed before the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Tirunelveli and the Court has also issued notice to the petitioner for filing his objections, if any and posted the matter to 03.07.2025 3.This Court considered the rival submissions made. 2/4
4.Since it is reported that the final report had already been filed and RCS notice was also served on the petitioner, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
