ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, to conclude the trial in S.T.C.No.327 of 2020, within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the complainant in a private complaint, which was registered for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, which was taken on file as S.T.C.No.327 of 2020 on 26.06.2020. The grievance of the petitioner is that because of the non appearance of the respondent, it has been delayed.

3.It appears that bailable warrant was issued against the respondent. Later it came to be cancelled and because of that it is pending. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the attitude of the respondent herein, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, to expedite the trial in S.T.C.No.327 of 2020 pending on his file and dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the same, completion report shall be sent to the Registry.
