The petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey, fix the boundary lines of the petitioner's house plot Nos.12 and 13 situated in Survey No.2328/1 at Melmangalam Beat - II Village, Muthalakkampatti Panchayat, Vaigai Pudur Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, whereby considering her petition dated 12.10.2016.

O R D E R

This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundary lines of the petitioner's house plot Nos.12 and 13 situated in Survey No.2328/1 at Melmangalam Beat - II Village, Muthalakkampatti Panchayat, Vaigai Pudur Village, Periyakulam Taluk, Theni District, by considering her petition dated 12.10.2016.

2.According to the petitioner, Plot Nos.12 and 13 in above said survey numbers were assigned in favour of his parents. Through out the life time, the parents of the petitioner were in possession and enjoyment of the property and after their demise, now the petitioner is in possession and enjoyment of the same. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.Now the petitioner wants to measure and fix the boundary for the said lands. Hence, he made an application to the 2nd

respondent and also paid necessary fee. Since no action is taken, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ petition.

4.Since the petitioner's application is pending before the respondents 1 and 2, the respondents are directed to measure the property as per revenue record and also as per the order of assignment granted to the petitioner's parents after issuing notice to the parties concerned within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
