O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.92 of 2024 from the Subordinate Court, Palladam and transfer the same to the Family Court, Madurai."

2.Heard Mr.S.S.Sundarapandian, learned Counsel for the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is being taken up, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute is purely matrimonial in nature and both the parties have resolved their dispute amicably and now, the petitioner and the respondent are living together. Thus, the learned Counsel for the petitioner, on the instructions of his client, submits that he do not want to press this petition at this stage and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition, as no cause of action exists any further. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2/4

4.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn at this stage. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
