ORDER

This Petition is filed, seeking to relax the condition No.(iv) imposed in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.883 of 2025 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.80 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that initially this Court has passed a conditional order on 24.01.2025, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Fast Track Judicial Magistrate, Thoothukudi, once in a month I.e., on the first working day of every English calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. He further submit that since the petitioner is residing at Madurai and suffering from arthritis, he is not able to travel frequently to Thoothukudi and sought for relaxation of the condition or modification of the condition imposed by this Court. 3.Considering the nature of the case, this Court hereby modify the said condition, directing the petitioner to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, Madurai, once in a month, i.e., on the first Monday of every 2/3

English calendar month at 10.30 a.m.
