The petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to demarcate and put up survey stone in the property in Survey No.566/12 (patta No.817) situated at Saliyandhidal Village, Vallakulam, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. O R D E R

The Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to demarcate and put up survey stone in the property in Survey No.566/12 (patta No.817) situated at Saliyandhidal Village, Vallakulam, Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The petitioner said to have field an application for measuring the property and also paid necessary fee. Based on the application of the petitioner, the 1st respondent issued notice to the petitioner to appear with relevant records to measuring the property on 26.09.2016. On the said date the petitioner was present, but, the 1st respondent did not turn up to measure the property of the petitioner. Hence, he filed the present Writ petition.

measure the property of the petitioner as per revenue records after issuing notice to the rival claimants, if any, within a period of 6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
