Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SATHYA CHIDAMBARAM S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8804 of 2023 on 17.05.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and the trial is going to take up by the Special Court for SC/ST Act Cases, Tirunelveli in S.C.No.51 of 2023.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8804 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9581 of 2023 of 2023 on 17.05.2023 is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
