ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.501 of 2019, pending on the file of the Respondent No.3 to the Respondent No.4 or any other investigation agency to conduct fair and impartial investigation in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, both side counsels are present. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor 2/5

for the respondents would submit that already investigation has been completed and charge sheet was filed and the case is pending in C.C.No.238 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam.

3. In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
