ORDER
This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to furnish the documents 1 to 8 cited in Annexure-III of the charge memo issued by the respondent in A4/2156/2019, dated 10.10.2019 and to provide a copy of the list of return stocks of the store house of Sivagangai from 1990 to 2012.
2.By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner with the relief sought for in the prayer, though she has made representations dated 25.11.2019, 27.01.2020 and 04.11.2020 to the respondent, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra.

4.Mr.M.Jeyakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that a copy of the documents and the list of return stocks as prayed for by the petitioner has already been given to her.
5.In reply, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received any copy of the documents as stated by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.
6.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following directions:- i) the respondent is directed to provide a copy of the documents 1 to 8 cited in Annexure-III of the charge memo issued by the respondent in A4/2156/2019, dated 10.10.2019 and to provide a copy of the list of return stocks of the store house of Sivagangai, for the period from 1990 to 2012 to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; ii) on receipt of such copies, the petitioner is directed to submit her reply to the respondent, within a period of four weeks therefrom; and iii) on receipt of such reply from the petitioner, if any, the respondent is directed to complete the entire enquiry proceedings initiated against the petitioner, within a period of six months therefrom;
7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
