8039 of 2023, on the file of this Honble Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SENTHIL MURUGAN C, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8039 of 2023 on 27.04.2023. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8039 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.9568 of 2023 before the respondent police once in week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
