ORDER
The petitioners, who are A1 to A4 & A6 to A10 in Cr.No.533 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent Police, have filed this petition to quash the said proceedings on the ground of compromise. 2.Since it was reported that the issue has been amicably resolved between the parties, this Court entertained this petition, ordered notice and also directed the investigation officer to ascertain as to whether the compromise arrived between the parties is a voluntary one, without any threat or coercion.
3.It is now reported that the defacto complainant is not present before this Court. It appears that the defacto complainant is not 2/4
