The present application is filed to take substitute of service to the third respondent herein / 5th respondent through any Tamil News Paper in the above said Second Appeal in S.A(MD)No.84 of 2011.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is ordered and the petitioner shall effect paper publication in Malai Malar, Tamil daily, having circulation in the locality of Virudhunagar. The said exercise shall be completed on or before 09.01.2026.
