Heard Mr.D.Srinivasaragavan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2. Recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the impugned order of suspension, dated, 01.06.2019 has been revoked by the respondent on 23.12.2020, as such, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent has not paid subsistence allowance during the suspension period.

4. It is needles to point out that the petitioner would be entitled for the subsistence allowance and incase, the respondent has not paid the same, there shall be a direction to the respondent to release the subsistence allowance as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
