ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8746 of 2025 in Crl.A. 1/4

(MD)No.23 of 2020 dated 15.04.2026, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition from 27.04.2026.

3. Since it is reported that the petitioner has regularly complied with the condition, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P. (MD)No.8746 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.23 of 2020 dated 15.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in a month, i.e. on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. till the disposal of the appeal. 15.06.2026 ogy 2/4
