ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report in crime No.362 of 2015 on the file of the second respondent, within a time frame.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the second respondent police has completed the investigation and filed a final report on 23.01.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madurai and the same is yet to be take on file.

3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this petition for consideration and accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
