3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.12920 of 2025 on 09.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court once in a month ie., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
