This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.8693 of 2026 by order dated 30.04.2026.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.8693 of 2026 on 30.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the learned District Sessions Judge (Special Court for POCSO Act Cases), Sivagangai District, once in a month ie., on 1st Working day of every English Calender Month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
