ORDER

The petitioner, who is working as a Junior Drafting Officer, has filed this writ petition, seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to implement the first respondent's proceedings in letter No.S4(4) 20302(22866)/2023 dated 15.03.2023.

2. When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the proceedings of the first respondent has been complied with, in the light of the Judgment of this Court in W.A.Nos.168 and 169 of 2012 dated 08.08.2024. To that effect, he has also produced the proceedings dated 30.06.2023 before this Court.

3. In view of the same, this writ petition is closed with a direction to the 4th respondent to serve a copy of the proceedings dated 30.06.2023 to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
