O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to complete the enquiry based on the second respondent proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2988/2019/A7, dated 26.07.2021 and issue patta to the petitioner. 2.Considering the fact that the enquiry now pending before the second respondent, it would be inappropriate on the part of this Court to examine the merits of the petitioner's case, which is the privilege of the second respondent. Hence, a direction is given to the second respondent to complete the enquiry based on the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.2988/2019/A7, dated 26.07.2021, on or before 31.12.2021.
