This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings in Na.Ka.No.17/P1PS/2016 issued by the second Respondent dated 30.10.2016 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the second Respondent to permit the seminar on 06.11.2016 from 5.00 PM to 10.00 PM at Abdul Kalam Nagar, Northern Side of New Crescent School Puliyangudi, Tirunelveli District, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.10.2016.

2. Though the writ petition has been filed to quash the order of the second respondent dated 30.10.2016, the learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the impugned order, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 31.10.2016 and it would be suffice, if a direction is issued to the second https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2016.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 31.10.2016 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders on the same as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
