It had been stated that the auction had been conducted and the procedure has completed. In view of that particular fact, insofar as this averment made in the writ petition is concerned, no further adjudication is possible.

2.The petitioner can always exercise the right to participate in future auction or if in any other method of allotment of shop is decided by the respondents to participate for allotment during such process also.
