ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP(MD) No.7096 of 2026 by order dated 10.04.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence and also the petitioner has been complying with the condition without fail and therefore, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.7096 of 2026 on 10.04.2026, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police once in a month ie., on 1st day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
