Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3.

Officer.

3.Against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, a revision lies under Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act. Without availing the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition and the same is not maintainable.

4. In the above circumstances, the Writ Petition is dismissed. However , the petitioner is directed to file a revision against the order passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer under Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Passbook Act, if he is so advised. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
