Prayer:- Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/ respondents and punish them for the willful disobedience of the common order of this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.28429 of 2023, 14804 and 18244 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024. ORDER

These petitions have been filed seeking to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors/ respondents and punish them for their willful disobedience of the common order of this Court in W.P.(MD).Nos.28429 of 2023, 14804 and 18244 of 2024, dated 21.11.2024. 2.The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the contemnors/respondents brought to notice of this Court that the Honourable Supreme Court has issued a specific direction that the contempt proceedings shall not be proceeded with till the next date of hearing. 3.In view of the above said facts, these contempt petitions are closed, with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt petitions depending upon the outcome of the proceedings pending before the Honourable Supreme Court. 11.03.2026 NCC : Yes/No Index : Yes/No Internet: Yes/No vsg 2/4
