PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C COMMON PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime Nos.263, 265 and 296 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police.

COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following common order :- These anticipatory bail petitions have been filed only on the ground that the earlier order of this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).Nos.1575, 21300 and 22820 of 2022 dated 16.02.2022 expired due to the lapse of time.

2. Since the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail earlier by this Court, the second anticipatory bail may not lie. If the time lapsed, the petitioner has to file a petition for extension of time. The petitioner is at liberty to file a proper petition seeking extension of time by stating proper reason.
