These revisions have been filed seeking a direction to dispose of the petitions in M.C.No.44 of 2019, HMOP.No.320 of 2019 and HMOP.No.284 of 2020 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai within a specified time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Since the cases are for a limited relief of early disposal, no notice need be sent to the respondent.

3. According to the 1st petitioner, she has filed HMOP.No.320 of 2019 for restitution of conjugal rights and she has also filed M.C.No.44 of 2019 for getting interim maintenance for herself and her minor children. In the meantime, the respondent has also filed a petition in HMOP.No.284 of 2020 for the relief of dissolution of marriage. All the above said three petitions are pending before the Family Court, Madurai.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the matters are prolonged by the respondent without any reasonable cause for the past two years. In such circumstances, the petitioner has filed the present Civil Revision Petitions seeking to expedite the trial.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of all the three petitions viz., M.C.No.44 of 2019, HMOP.No.320 of 2019 and HMOP.No.284 of 2020, pending on his file, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, these Civil Revision Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
