ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the 2nd Respondent not to harass or ill-treat the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.On the basis of the complaint given by the this respondent case in Crime No.293 of 2023 has been registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Section 417, 420, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. Mediation also failed. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that now he is ready to settle the issue by returning the jewels, which belongs to the defacto complainant.

3. Since the case has been registered against the petitioner, he can workout his remedy through appropriate steps to settle the issue. 4.This criminal original petition stands disposed of accordingly. 22.11.2023 NCC :
