Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Letter No.10781/Ne.Va.2(1)/2017 dt.27/11/2017 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and subsequently direct the 1st to 4th respondents herein to revise the date of regularization of the petitioner from 23/07/1007 and pay the arrears of salary to the post of secondary Grade teacher for 5 years and subsequently from 23/07/2002 to revise the pay of the petitioner to that of primary school Headmaster and grant all other service benefits based on the revised date of regularization to the petitioner.

ORDER

It is seen that the order, dated 03.01.2019 made in W.P(MD) No.1053 of 2018 is stayed by the Division Bench of this Court.
