ORDER

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking police protection as if they are facing a life threat from one Muniyasamy, his wife and children. However, the petitioners have not impleaded them as parties to this writ petition.

2. Learned counsel Mr.J.Bharathan seeks permission of this Court to file an impleading petition to implead the said Muniyasamy, his wife and children and submits that the petitioners have mortgaged their property with the said Muniyasamy in the year 1969, however, they have not redeemed the property. Without filing any suit for redemption of 2/4

property, the petitioners have filed this writ petition before this Court.

3. It appears that there is a civil dispute between the petitioners and the said Muniyasamy. The remedy available for the petitioners is only before the competent Civil Court and the Police has nothing to do with the civil dispute between the petitioners and the opposite parties.

4. Therefore, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
