ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Mahesh Raja, learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 5.

2.The main grievance expressed on the side of the petitioner is that the sixth respondent, claimed to be a joint secretary of Christ Church, has convened a General Body Meeting on 06.11.2016.

3.According to the petitioner, the sixth respondent has no right to conduct such General Body Meeting. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he should approach the competent forum for getting appropriate remedy and for that purpose he cannot invoke Article 226 of Constitution of India.

4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the competent forum seeking appropriate remedy. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
