ORDER
The order of suspension dated 26.05.2014 is under challenge on the ground that so far, the enquiry has not been completed even though the petitioner has been placed under suspension in 2014. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would rely upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Ajay Kumar Choudhary vs. Union of India and others, reported in 2015 (3) CTC 119, and contended that the petitioner is kept under suspension for more than two years and this has caused harassment to him and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
therefore, the authorities concerned must be directed to either revoke the suspension or to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a time schedule prescribed in the abovesaid case. 3.The learned counsel for the 1st respondent would submit that it is possible for the 1st respondent to pass a final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.Recording the above submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to complete the enquiry and pass final order within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)Nos.15069 to 15071 of 2016 are closed.
