ORDER

This Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus has been filed to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.AW1/23136/2016, dated 13.10.2016 with the consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that subsequent to the impugned suspension order, a charge memo dated 17.10.2016 has been served upon the petitioner and therefore, it is suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation to be made by the petitioner seeking revocation of suspension, within a time frame.

3.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the 2nd respondent seeking revocation of suspension, within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of such representation, the 2nd respondent shall consider the same and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within two weeks thereafter. No costs. Consequently, W.M.P(MD)No.15076 of 2016 is closed.
