ORDER

This Writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioners' services in the post of Watcher under the 3rd respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioners that they have completed 10 years of unblemished services under the 3rd respondent and in spite of issuance of G.O.Ms.No.28, Environment and Forest Department, dated 29.02.2016, the services of the petitioners and similarly placed persons have not been regularised. It is also

pointed out that this Court has allowed W.P(MD)No.2942 of 2011 filed by the similarly placed persons, granting regularisation and W.A(MD)No.213 of 2013 filed by the department against the order in W.P(MD)No.2942 of 2011 was also dismissed.

3.Relying upon G.O.Ms.No.28, Environment and Forest Department, dated 29.02.2016, and also the orders passed by this Court, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the case of the petitioners also should be considered in similar lines.

So stating, the petitioners submitted individual representations dated 22.07.2016 seeking regularisation of the services.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the 1st respondent to consider the individual representations of the petitioners dated 22.07.2016 and to pass orders within a time frame.

5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider the individual representations of the petitioner dated 22.07.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon consideration of the petitioners' representations by the 1st respondent, respondents 2 and 3 shall take up necessary follow up action. No costs.
