ORDER
This Writ of Mandamus has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016.
2.The petitioner is presently working as a Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school and by the proceedings dated 13.08.2016, the 3rd respondent transferred the petitioner from the 4th respondent school to the 5th respondent school. 3.It is the grievance of the petitioner that even though two juniormost teachers are behind the petitioner in the 4th respondent school, by stating that one of the differently abled person has refused the transfer, the petitioner has been transferred. In the petitioner's place one Muthulakshmi has obtained transfer from the school at Ponnamaravathy, Pudukottai district and she has been posted. The petitioner is having one year old child and it is very difficult for her to go to the 5th respondent school. So stating, she made a representation dated 18.10.2016 to the respondents. As the said representation was not considered, she has filed this writ petition for a direction to dispose of the same.
4.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that it is agreeable for the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and to pass orders within a time frame. 5.Recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.10.2016 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
