This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to grant permission to conduct Kabadi Tournament Schedule to be held on 14.08.2019 to 15.08.2019 at L.Abishekapuram, Lalgudi, Trichy District, on the basis of petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct Kabadi Tournament on 14.08.2019 to 15.08.2019 in L.Abishekapuram, Lalgudi, Trichy District, the petitioner made a representation on 29.07.2019 to the respondents and the said representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.07.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.
