Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to issue compensation of Rs.1,76,386/- with interest to the petitioner in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019 within a time as fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue compensation of Rs.1,76,386/- with interest to the petitioner in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019.

2.Mr.M.Pandiarajan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that with reference to the prayer sought for in this writ petition, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.17335 of 2019 petitioner sent a representation to the second respondent on 22.06.2019. But, no action has been taken till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra. 4.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5.In agreement with the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2019, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
