COMMON ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This Court, by order dated 23.09.2021, allowed the criminal original petitions by granting bail / anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the respondent police to file a report as to the circumstances, which drove them to make a false representation before the Sessions Court as well as before this Court, along with the hospitalization particulars of the injured. 2.Accordingly, the respondent police has filed an affidavit today and the same is placed on record.
