ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents No. 1 and 2 to issue the no objection certificate (NOC) to run a 'SPA' including the service of cross massage in the name and style of "Sri Dhariyam Ayurveda and Spa" at No.19, New Agraharam, Palani Road, Hotel Virera Grande Roof Top Floor, Dindigul Town, Dindigul District, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 01.04.2026 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that having submitted a representation, the petitioner is not cooperating with the enquiry. Hence, proper permission could not be granted. 2/4

3. Heard both sides and carefully perused the materials available on record.

4. In view of the above submission, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, by producing all necessary documents, including licenses and permissions from various appropriate departments, facilitating him to run the said SPA. On receipt of the same, the respondent police is directed to consider same and dispose of within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. 17.06.2026 NCC : yes / no Index : yes / no pnn 3/4
