O R D E R
[Order of the Court was made by RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 05.03.2024, made in W.P.(MD) No.5099 of 2024.
2. Ms.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondent, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the order dated 05.03.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.5099 of 2024, the District Collector, Virudhunagar District, has taken action and initiated proceedings vide Na.Ka.G2./L-11/22/2024, dated 12.09.2024. As against the said proceedings, one Veerammal, wife of the contesting respondent, namely, Ganesan, in the writ petition has filed W.P.(MD) No. 23396 of 2024, which has been disposed of by this Court with certain directions to the authorities concerned, by order dated 30.09.2024.
3. In view of the above submissions, we are of the view that the directions issued by this Court in the order, dated 05.03.2024, made in W.P. (MD) No.5099 of 2024, have been duly complied with by the respondents
therein. Hence, we do not find any disobedience of the directions issued by this Court on the part of the respondent.
