This writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings bearing R.C.No.3809/B4/2026, dated 02.06.2026, issued by the respondent, whereby the petitioner was placed under suspension.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration for admission, learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned suspension order has already been revoked by the Director of School Education through proceedings bearing Na.Ka.No. 030898/W3/E3/2026, dated 04.06.2026 and also produced a copy of the said proceedings before this Court. In view of the same, the relief sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 05.06.2026 NCC :
