This Criminal Appeal has been filed praying to call for the records pertaining to the order dated 26.07.2019 made in Cr.M.P.No.3641 of 2019, Sessions Court, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989, Sivagangai and to set aside the same and enlarge the appellant on bail in connection with Crime No.194 of 2019 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.When the matter is taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also submitted a letter to the Registry in this regard. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
