O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent not to interfere with the administration of the Temple.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of the writ petition, considering the rival claims made by two parties, the HR and CE Department has taken over the administration of the temple and presently, the Revenue Divisional Officer has been appointed as Thakkar to administer the Temple. 2/4

3.In the light of the above, no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
