Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to grant patta for the petitioner's house site situated in Natham Puramboku land in Survey No.236/4 measuring to an extent of 2 1⁄2 cents situated at Pillayar Koil Street, Mela Maruthuvakudi, Aduthurai612101, Thiruvidaimaruthur Taluk, Thanjavur District, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

considering her application, dated 16.10.2015, within a stipulated time.

4. According to the petitioner, she was in possession and enjoyment of subject property for the past sixty years and residing there by putting up constructions. The above said land was classified as Natham Puramboku. She has made an application before the first respondent to grant house site patta. But, so far, no order has been passed by the first respondent. Hence, she has filed this Writ Petition.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application, dated 16.10.2015, is pending with the first respondent, the first respondent is directed to consider the said application and pass suitable orders on the same, for grant of house site patta, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
